When trying to enroll with Zelle®, I received a message saying that I was already enrolled. Why?
Your mobile number or email address may already be enrolled with a bank or credit union that offers Zelle®.
If this is the case, you may re-enroll with the same mobile number or email address within the banking app of the new bank you are enrolling with. Once completed, you may start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.
