More than 2,200 banks and credit unions across the U.S. now offer Zelle® through their mobile app or online banking site. As a result of this growth, we are making some changes to the standalone Zelle® app. Among these changes, new users will no longer be able to enroll in the Zelle® app starting January 8, 2025, and existing users will no longer be able to send or receive money using the Zelle® app starting April 1, 2025.
To continue using Zelle®, all users must enroll through one of the more than 2,200 banks and credit unions that offer Zelle® through their mobile app.
To see if your bank or credit union offers Zelle®, please visit https://enroll.zellepay.com.
If you’re already using Zelle® within your mobile banking app, then there are no changes and you do not need to take any action.
